Hello! I am a supportive and collaborative therapist who uses a person-centered approach to meet my clients where they are at.

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. Some populations and areas that I work closely with are Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Relationship Issues, Attachment Issues, and the LGBTQ+ population.

My goal as a therapist is to create an environment where the client feels safe and open to processing what you need. I believe that we are strongly influenced by the environment around us and the past experiences that we have had.

My aim is to create an understanding of the past and identify how it is affecting our present lives.
